Michael Harris |
|
|
Mr. Michael Harris is the Chief Operating and Investment Officer of Gao Fei Prior to joining Gao Fei, he worked for Avenue Capital, where he was a country manager and part of the management team responsible for non‐performing loan (NPL) and private equity investments. Prior to Avenue, he was a partner at both Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in China, and has lived and worked in Asia for more than 15 years. He is fluent in English and Mandarin. |

Corprew Reed |

|
Mr. Corprew Reed is Senior Director at Gao Fei. Prior to joining Gao Fei, he served as head of investment banking for a New York Stock Exchange member firm from 1997 to 2005, specializing in IPO and PIPE financing. He also spent six years in London advising European and Middle Eastern clients. He graduated from The Citadel, and did graduate work at NYU and Columbia business schools. |

Xue Jie (薛捷) |

Mr. Xue Jie is the Executive Senior Advisor of Gao Fei. Prior to joining Gao Fei, he worked at China Orient Asset Management, where, as Deputy General Manager, he was responsible for transacting the sale of NPL portfolios to foreign investors as well as debt management. From 1981 to 1999, Xue Jie worked in various roles with Bank of China, including Chief Manager of Foreign Trade Credit Department of Bank of China, Beijing Branch and Chief Manager of Risk Management Department of Bank of China, Beijing Branch. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. |

Joshua Kurtzig |

Mr. Joshua Kurtzig leads Gao Fei’s Financial Advisory Services business. Mr. Kurtzig's experience in the finance industry includes time spent at the Citigroup, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the International Monetary Fund. Previously, Mr. Kurtzig was also Director of Financial Advisory Services at Stonebridge International, and Managing Partner at Shanghai Global Partners, a boutique investment management and corporate finance advisory firm. He is the Co-Chairman of AmCham China’s Financial Services Forum and frequently contributes to the China Economic Quarterly and other publications. He holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Virginia, and speaks Mandarin, French, and Russian. |

Manli Robinson (张曼丽) |

Ms. Manli Robinson is the head of the Compliance Department for Gao Fei. Prior to joining Gao Fei, she was a partner at SanXin Law firm in Beijing, and worked at the Citizens Advice Bureau in the UK as a legal advisor. Manli holds a B.A. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool. She is fluent in Mandarin and English. |

Golf Gao (高峰) |

Mr. Golf Gao is responsible for sourcing and due diligence on distressed assets in China's southern region for Gao Fei. He holds a B.A. degree in law from Nankai University and a M.A. degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law. Prior to joining Gao Fei in 2006, Golf served as in-house counsel at the Bank of China Huizhou Branch and Great Wall Asset Management Company's Guangzhou Office. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. |

Jingyi Li (李静轶) |

Ms. Jingyi Li is the Head of the Client Reporting Team for Gao Fei. She is responsible for managing a team of reporting analysts and reviewing and reconciling clients' monthly financial reports. Prior to joining Gao Fei in 2006, she worked for Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a senior auditor. Li Jingyi holds a M.A.degree in Economics from University of Birmingham. She is fluent in Mandarin and English. |

Zhang Maorong (张茂荣) |

Mr. Zhang Maorong manages operations in Changchun for Gao Fei. He graduated holds both B.A. and M.A. degree in law from Jilin University. Before joining Gao Fei, he served as an instructor at Changchun University of Technology, where he taught business and IPR law, among other subjects. He is fluent in Mandarin and English. |
